Concessions / Discounts Blind or visually impaired people and one companion receive a half price discount on top price tickets for all shows. Deaf or hard of hearing people and one companion receive a half price discount on top price tickets for BSL and capationed shows. Essential carers accompanying patrons with access needs are entitled to a half price discount on the carer's ticket.
Personal Support Carers are welcome and receive a half price discount on their ticket when accompanying a patron with access needs. Theatre staff have received disability awareness training and are happy to offer assistance.
Wheelchair Access Yes - Level access to ground floor & Stalls. There are nine wheelchair positions (& companion seats) in the Stalls. Lift & stairs access to restaurant & first floor. Circle level is raked with steps between rows but row B is on the level & on each side can accommodate one person in a wheelchair sitting with their companion.
Appropriate Toilet Facilities Yes - Six accessible toilets including one directly off Stalls
Car Parking None at theatre. Blue badge holders have on-street parking opposite the theatre
Assistance Dogs Yes - Welcome throughout the theatre & may join you inside the auditorium (we can remove the adjacent seat to give your dog more room). Theatre staff are happy to look after your dog during the performance if you’d prefer
