||Yes - Our building is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with adapted toilet facilities. Please advise the Box Office when booking performance tickets if you or anyone in your party is a wheelchair user; we are able to reserve seats next to the wheelchair space so you can all sit together.
|Appropriate Toilet Facilities
||Yes - There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor off the foyer area, and another on the first floor accessed by the second lift at the far end of the building near the main changing facilities. Both wheelchair accessible toilets are equipped with handrails and an alarm.
||There is a Derby City Council car park located directly opposite Déda, which has 11 disabled parking bays. Disabled badge holders can purchase a season ticket for Council operated car parks at a discounted rate of 20% off the face value. There are double yellow lines outside the venue – blue badge holders can park for up to 3 hours.
||Yes - Assistance dogs are welcome in our venue
||Yes - For hard-of-hearing customers, the Theatre and Front of House areas are fitted with an induction loop. Deaf customers can contact Déda using Typetalk.
