			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Do you, your fiends or family know someone who might benefit from finding out more about assisted performances to enrich their theatre experience?  If so, Scene and Sound, in partnership with Royal Centre, Nottingham are holding an Open Day on 11th February at the Theatre Royal, Nottingham.</p>
<p>This is your chance to find out about assisted performances for Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing, Blind and partially sight audiences.  <strong>But you will need to book a place with Stef:  email info@sceneandsound.co.uk; text or ring Stef on 07806096424</strong></p>
<p>The programme is as follows:</p>
<p>11.30 Meet in the Theatre Royal foyer</p>
<p>12.00 Introduction to Audio Description, Captioning and BSL interpreting.</p>
<p>12.15 Introduction to Scene and Sound</p>
<p>12.30 A change to experience a Touch Tour on the stage for Swallows and Amazons.</p>
<p>1.00 Any Questions?</p>
<p>2.30 Audio Described/BSL interpreted performance of Swallows and Amazons (tickets £9.50)</p>
<p>followed by an After show discussion &#8211; Q &amp; A with the cast.</p>
